Price list

Price list 2012

Prices are quoted in EUR and valid for one person in double bed room. Tax is included in the price.

• tourist tax is 1,01 € / person / day

• supplement for single room is 20 € / day

• 80% supplement for single use double room on upper prices

• Children 3 to 12 years (in their own bed) have 30% reduction

• Children up to three years are free of charge

• 3rd person in double bed 20% reduction

• Baby bed is charged 5,5 EUR/day

• Dog or cat is charged 15 EUR/day

• room is available from 15. in the afternoon
  

• we hold booked rooms till 19.00 hour

• suite-superior 160 - 200 EUR per day / with AC

• Supplement for overnight stay is 20%

• We reserve the right to adjust prices

• for groups pre-payment is obligatory

Cancellation of reservation

As a guest, you have the right to cancel your reservation. In this case, Hvala - Topli val d.o.o. is entitled to receive a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee amount depends on how far in advance the reservation was cancelled. In the event of cancellation, we charge the following percentages of the reservation value:

up to 14 days prior to arrival - 5% of the reservation value
14 to 7 days prior to arrival - 20% of the reservation value
7 to 2 days prior to arrival - 100% of the reservation value

If your reservation is changed per your request or due to a force majeure and through no fault of Hvala - Topli val d.o.o., a service is incorrectly performed, you as the guest are not entitled to demand a compensation or discount.  In the event of a cancellation, notice must be sent in written form by fax or e-mail to the address where you made the reservation.

Final provisions
All prices in the offers listed include VAT. In the event of a conflict between contracting parties, the court of competent jurisdiction shall be the Court in Nova Gorica. By using this website, the visitor acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
