45 years of experience, respect for tradition, tried and tested recipes, and carefully selected ingredients ensure the purity of flavors. In Topli val you can get virtually all of the delicacies offered to us by the Adriatic Sea.
Fresh ingredients and elemental flavors
In Savudrija, Aleš works with a trusted team of fishermen who provide us with the freshest fish daily. When it comes to local specialties, our local trout is the main star, provided by a local fish farm in Kobarid. Various other local specialties, work of our handy chefs, are locally acquired fresh venison, homemade gnocchi, ravioli, and Kobariški štruklji, made according to the recipe of grandma Pepca. We also offer meat and dairy products from various local farmers and producers.

Chefs Gorazd and Bojan and their team add a pinch of mystery to their dishes, the highlight of the perfect culinary harmony.
