In Savudrija, Aleš works with a trusted team of fishermen who provide us with the freshest fish daily. When it comes to local specialties, our local trout is the main star, provided by a local fish farm in Kobarid. Various other local specialties, work of our handy chefs, are locally acquired fresh venison, homemade gnocchi, ravioli, and Kobariški štruklji, made according to the recipe of grandma Pepca. We also offer meat and dairy products from various local farmers and producers.
Chefs Gorazd and Bojan and their team add a pinch of mystery to their dishes, the highlight of the perfect culinary harmony.
